研究微生物转化法生产没食子酸的国内外进展情况。查阅、整理了微生物转化法生产没食子酸的历史文献资料,从原料、作用机制、发酵条件、生产方式4个方面进行了归纳总结。微生物转化法生产没食子酸具有传统酸碱法所不可比拟的优点,围绕高转化率菌种的选育、培养条件的优化等方面的研究为进一步提高没食子酸的产率提供了依据。微生物转化法生产没食子酸是具有开发和应用潜力的方法。
Study on the progress of microbial production of gallic acid at home and abroad. The historical documents and materials for the production of gallic acid by microbial transformation were reviewed and summarized, and four aspects of raw materials, mechanism of action, fermentation conditions and modes of production were summarized. The production of gallic acid by the method of microbial transformation has the advantages of traditional acid-base method. The research on the breeding of high-conversion strains and the optimization of culture conditions provide the basis for further improving the yield of gallic acid. The production of gallic acid by microbial transformation is a potential method of development and application.
