提出了流动注射(FI)—氢化物发生(HG)与多道等离子体光谱仪联用的新体系,并将该体系应用于同时在线检测药物和生物试样中的痕量砷和汞.对联用技术中的接口、气/液分离器及主要工作参数进行了系统的研究.实验结果表明,在进样体积为80μL的条件下,本法的检出限可达亚μg/L,RSD(对砷和汞)分别为1.4%和1.3%(C=50μg/L,n=7),采样频率为150h-1.本法具有灵敏、快速、高效和所需试样少的优点.
A new system for the combination of flow injection (FI)-hydride generation (HG) with multi-channel plasma spectrometer was proposed and applied to simultaneous on-line detection of trace arsenic and mercury in drug and biological samples. The interface, gas/liquid separator and main operating parameters in the joint use technology were systematically studied. The experimental results show that the detection limit of this method is up to sub-μg/L under the injection volume of 80 μL, and the RSD (to arsenic and mercury) is 1.4% and 1.3%, respectively (C=50μg/ L, n = 7), the sampling frequency is 150h-1. This method has the advantages of being sensitive, fast, efficient and requiring fewer samples.
