以ISO9001质量管理体系为出发点,深入剖析国际工程项目中各个过程的质量控制流程和方法,强调为实现质量目标,项目所有过程的输入、过程执行、输出都处于受控状态,完善项目自身质量保证体系,以满足业主要求。以项目执行过程中所应用的技术保障实例,说明使用恰当的技术保障手段的重要性,同时将质量体系、流程控制与技术保障紧密结合成一个有机整体,以期总结出工程项目执行过程中带有共性的质量保证方法。
Based on ISO9001 quality management system, the paper deeply analyzes the quality control processes and methods of each process in the international engineering projects. It emphasizes that in order to achieve the quality objectives, the input, process execution and output of all the processes of the project are under control and the quality assurance of the project itself System to meet the owner’s requirements.
