天汇尚苑小区为天津金融街南市项目中超高层综合建筑群的组成部分。该小区实行高容积率、低密度的规划理念,以超高层住宅为主要建筑形式,采用人车分流、人性化景观、外立面ArtDeco(装饰艺术)的建筑风格、绿色建筑节能等设计手法,力图营造一个高品质的超高层绿色住宅社区。
