目前物流管理专业中高职衔接过程中遇到一系列的问题,不仅没能使办学效率得到有效提升,反而加剧了资源浪费。这些问题体现在:人才培养目标定位不清晰、课程设置重复严重等。基于此,本文从物流管理专业一体化人才培养模式实施现状着手,对存在的问题进行分析,并提出优化实施建议。
At present, a series of problems have been encountered in the process of joining the higher vocational education in logistics management. Not only failed to effectively improve the efficiency of running schools, but also exacerbated the waste of resources. These problems are manifested in: the orientation of personnel training is not clear and the courses are set repeatedly and so on. Based on this, this article starts from the status quo of implementation of integrated training mode of logistics management professionals, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the implementation.
