人类高血压所致左室肥厚对冠脉侧支循环的影响尚未阐明。为此作者选右冠或左前降支管腔狭窄≥95%的冠心病患者313例,分为高血压组61例,平均55±9岁,血压正常组平均53±8岁。用超声心动图连续测量三个以上心动周期的左室壁厚度,取其平均值,以冠脉造影狭窄最明显的投影计算管径狭窄的百分数。按对侧冠脉注射造影剂后心外膜冠脉充盈的有无和范围分级:0级无心外膜充盈;I级仅边缘支充盈;II级心外膜段部分充盈;III级心外膜段全部充盈。结果高血压组比正常血压组心绞痛较
Left ventricular hypertrophy caused by human hypertension on coronary collateral circulation has not yet been clarified.
