当前大学生就业受到了社会环境、经济发展、高校扩招以及诸多因素的影响,给学生就业带来很大的困难。但是,大学生不能因难而退,而要迎难而上。自我创业是大学毕业生就业的一条重要途径,而自我创业刚刚毕业大学生又会遇到种种这样那样的困难,虚拟经营为大学生就业提供了一条可行的、便捷的通道。大学毕业生建立虚拟企业,进行虚拟经营具有必要性、可能性,并且具有很现实的可操作性。
At present, the employment of college students is influenced by the social environment, economic development, college enrollment and many other factors, posing great difficulties for students’ employment. However, college students can not retreat, but to face difficulties. Self-employment is an important way for college graduates to find employment.
