高职院校学生素质教育存在重技术技能轻人际技能、重技能培养轻素质培养、重知识传播轻素质养成、重理论灌输轻行为养成等问题。体验式学习、基于行为养成、巩固和运用“知”的教育、结合职业特点,以团队适应为主要培训内涵是基于行为养成的高职院校学生素质拓展培训的基点,构建由学生工作管理部门指导下的素质拓展培训机构牵头科研培训工作、整合各种力量的素质拓展培训研究、以人才培养方案连接素质拓展培训与专业课程教学、以思想政治课教学创新和学生管理深化素质拓展培训效果,四位一体的素质拓展培训模式,是促进高职院校学生素质教育的途径。
