上钢一厂φ100无缝车间穿孔机采用上海汽车传动厂生产的十字轴式万向联轴器,取代了铜滑块式万向联轴器。使用以来,冲击减小,运动平稳、噪音减低、维修方便。今年六月十五日由武汉钢铁学院冶金机械教研室进行了实测。该十字轴式万向联轴器额定,扭矩为6吨·米。实测结果是:上传动轴5.6吨·米,下传动轴8.01吨·米。上海市金属学会曾组织有关单位参观,对该轴使用、运转情况表示满意,并建议今后在冶金设备上推广
