“医师、病案、图书”则是医院的三大支柱。病案质量是衡量医院实际医疗水准的一个侧面。笔者走访了乌鲁木齐几所大中医院,以及伊犁州、博乐州、石河子市、奎屯市、农四师、农五师等基层医院。病案质量所存在的不足是一个普遍而突出的问题,原因是多层次的。主要是各医院未将此项工作摆在应有的位置,病案质量的检查管理体制也不完善。甚至个别医院却销毁了数十年的病案资
“Physicians, medical records, and books” are the three pillars of the hospital. The quality of medical records is a measure of the actual level of hospital medical care. The author visited several large and medium-sized hospitals in Urumqi, and grass-roots hospitals such as Yili Prefecture, Bole Prefecture, Shihezi City, Kuitun City, Agricultural Division IV, and Agricultural Fifth Division. The deficiencies in the quality of medical records are a common and prominent problem. The reasons are multi-level. The main reason is that each hospital has not put this work in its proper position, and the examination and management system for the quality of medical records is not perfect.
