山东省青州市1990年以来,水利经济总收入每年以126%的速度递增,1994年水利经济总收入达10280万元,创利税1002.2万元,水利综合经济实力大大提高。最近,被命名为“山东省水利经济十强县(市)”。其主要措施:——增加对发展水利经济的资金投入。1991年以来,每年以56%的速度递增,1994年共投入资金960万元,增强了水利经济的发展后劲。
