4-氨基吡啶(4-aminopyridine,4-AP)2mg/kg颈背部sc能诱发小鼠舔体反应。重复给药可使舔体次数减少或不发生,同时伴有给药部位皮肤组胺含量逐渐降低。钙拮抗剂硝苯啶与钾通道开放剂米诺地尔均能抑制4-AP诱发的小鼠舔体反应,且给4-AP部位,皮肤组胺含量明显高于对照组。以上结果提示,4-AP诱发的小鼠舔体反应与皮肤肥大细胞的组胺释放有关,而组胺的释放可能与4-AP阻滞钾通道有关。
4-aminopyridine (4-AP) 2mg / kg neck back sc can induce mouse lick reaction. Repeated administration can reduce the number of lick or does not occur, accompanied by the administration site skin histamine content decreased. Both nifedipine and potassium channel opener minoxidil inhibited 4-AP-induced mouse lick reaction, and the contents of histamine in 4-AP site and skin were significantly higher than those in control group. The above results suggest that 4-AP-induced mouse lick reaction and skin mast cell histamine release related to histamine release may be related to 4-AP block potassium channel.
