针对现用尾管悬挂器倒扣困难， 不能活动套管， 以及液压式悬挂器不能循环操作和容易造成提前坐挂等问题， 研制了ＳＺ—Ｉ型随位自动脱挂尾管悬挂器。这种悬挂器具有随位悬挂、自动脱挂、上下活动和旋转套管、不钻水泥塞和可进行尾管回接等多种功能。３０ 多口井的现场应用表明， 悬挂器操作简便， 性能可靠， 固井质量合格， 所有试验数据均符合设计要求， 平均每口井可节约直接钻井成本１５ 万元以上。这种悬挂器还可用于大斜度井、水平井、小间隙井以及老井侧钻井。
Aiming at the problems such as the backward buckling of the existing tail pipe hanger, the inability to move the casing, and the hydraulic hanger can not be operated circularly and easily lead to sits in advance, the SZ-I self-hanging tail pipe hanger has been developed. This hanger has a variety of functions, such as hanging with the seat, automatic hanging off, up and down activities and rotating casing, non-drilling cement plugs and tail pipe back connection. The field application of more than 30 wells showed that the hanger is easy to operate, reliable in performance and qualified in cementing. All the test data meet the design requirements, and the average direct drilling cost per well can be saved by more than 150,000 yuan. This hanger can also be used for high-grade wells, horizontal wells, small gap wells and old well-side drilling.
