潜油电泵油井是高含水期油田采用的大排量采油方式之一 ,但在生产过程中容易出现许多不易判别的井下故障 ,文中介绍开发设计的一种采用计算机对井下工况进行诊断的仪器 ,它能在电泵工作过程中采集电泵井的三相电流、电压、功率因数和三维振动信号等 ,并以此对电泵井工况指标及存在的故障类型作出诊断。应用表明 ,该仪器对判断井下故障类型 ,挖掘油井潜力 ,延长检泵周期等显示出良好的效果。
Submersible pump wells are one of the large displacement oil recovery methods used in high water cut oilfields. However, many inconvenient downhole faults are prone to occur in the production process. In this paper, a design and development method of using computer to diagnose downhole conditions It can collect three-phase current, voltage, power factor and three-dimensional vibration signal of electric pump well during the working process of the electric pump, and diagnose the indicators and the type of the fault existing in the electric pump well. Application shows that the instrument to determine the type of downhole fault, tap the potential of wells, to extend the pump cycle showed good results.
