目的对1989年启东肝癌筛检资料估计可检测的临床前期(DetectablePre┐clinicalPhase,DPP)的值。方法用Weiss提出的从模型最大对数似然函数值取极大值时,所对应的DPP假定长度为DPP的最佳估计。结果用AFP和B超筛检原发性肝癌的DPP为12个月。结论在进行肝筛检效益的评价时,应考虑病例和对照在病例诊断前一年内进行的筛检
Objective To estimate the detectable preclinical phase (DPP) value of Qidong liver cancer screening data in 1989. When the maximum log-likelihood function value from the model is taken as the maximal value using the method proposed by Weiss, the corresponding DPP assumed length is the best estimate of DPP. Results The DPP of primary liver cancer was 12 months with AFP and B-ultrasound. Conclusion When evaluating the benefits of liver screening, screening of cases and controls within one year before case diagnosis should be considered
