为评价初治急性白血病ｐ１７０表达的临床意义，用流式细胞仪检测了２０例患者ｐ１７０的表达率，结果发现：难治与复发组ｐ１７０的表达率（３０．９８±１４．２３％）明显高于初治敏感组（１６．４７±１．４８％），二者差异有显著性意义，提示：ｐ１７０的高表达与临床耐药密切相关。
In order to evaluate the clinical significance of p170 expression in newly diagnosed acute leukemia, the expression rate of p170 in 20 patients was detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that the expression rate of p170 in the refractory and relapse group was significantly (30.98±14.23%). The difference was significant between the two groups (16.47±1.48%). The high expression of p170 was closely related to clinical drug resistance.
