民族地区学校,特别是高半山或贫困地区的艺术教育,一直就是困扰着我们办学的大问题。因为各种因素制约,一些高半山和贫困地区学校几乎是被艺术教育遗忘的角落。山区的儿童需要艺术,他们渴望学习艺术,解决这些地区孩子的艺术教育问题是当务之急。山区的艺术教育与经济落后有关系,但不是主要问题,关键在于当地相关部门如何完整地落实艺术教育的政策,让山区学生享受九年制义务教育的权利问题;其次是满足山区艺术教育的师资、教学环节与其他条件。如何办好民族地区艺术教育,是值得我们进行深入探讨的大问题。
Art education in schools in ethnic areas, especially in the high mountains or in impoverished areas, has always been a big problem that troubles us in running schools. Due to various factors, some high schools and poor areas are almost forgotten by art education. Children in mountainous areas need art. They are eager to learn art and solve the problem of children’s art education in these areas. Art education in mountainous areas is related to the economic backwardness but not the main problem. The key lies in how the relevant local departments implement the policy of art education in a complete way so that mountain students can enjoy the rights of nine-year compulsory education. The second is to meet the needs of mountain art education teachers , Teaching links and other conditions. How to run art education in minority areas is a big issue that deserves our in-depth discussion.
