阐述了如何准确评价自密实混凝土的流变性能,屈服应力和塑性黏度。当前,混凝土的流变性能主要是通过流变仪测定。然而,由于不同的混凝土流变仪所测得的数据存在一定的差异,造成测试结果不完全可靠。这是由于自密实混凝土拌合物体系的不均匀性。为了对自密实混凝土流变性能进行可靠的评估,从均质黏性浆体和混凝土组成出发,通过微观力学方法对不均质混合体的塑性黏度进行了评估。另外,通过测定混凝土t_(500)和流体扩展度来评估屈服应力的大小,通过三维锥形流光滑粒子流体动力学方法评价流体扩展度。
It expounds how to accurately evaluate the rheological properties, yield stress and plastic viscosity of self-compacting concrete. At present, the rheological properties of concrete are mainly measured by rheometer. However, due to the differences between the data measured by different concrete rheometers, the test results are not completely reliable. This is due to the inhomogeneity of the self-compacting concrete mix system. In order to evaluate the rheological properties of self-compacting concrete, the plastic viscosity of heterogeneous mixture was evaluated by means of micro-mechanics method based on the composition of homogeneous viscous slurry and concrete. In addition, the magnitude of yield stress was evaluated by measuring the concrete t_ (500) and the degree of fluid expansion, and the degree of fluid expansion was evaluated by a three-dimensional cone flow smooth particle hydrodynamics method.
