1 临床资料所有病例均为经临床、细胞学、病理切片和CT确诊的恶性肿瘤患者,其中恶性淋巴瘤15例,鼻咽癌8例、肠癌2例、胃癌2例、肺癌2例、乳腺癌1例;年龄最大者66岁,最小者21岁;男性22例,女性8例。口腔霉菌感染根据口腔粘膜乳白色膜状物及口腔霉菌培养3次或3次以上阳性为标准。2 治疗方法儿茶5g研成粉,每天分4～5次均匀涂于口腔粘膜上,除进食外,最好保留于口腔中,或将儿茶小块含服;硼砂适量,溶于冷开水中,配成2％～3％的溶液,饭后漱口,每天3～4次,疗程7～10天。
