目的 观察口服米非司酮、静推氨甲喋呤(MTX)结合口服中药治疗异位妊娠(EP)的疗效。方法 对132例EP患者采用口服米非司酮(50mg/次,2次/日,连用3日,服药前后2小时空腹),口服米非司酮的第2日开始静推氨甲喋呤(30mg/日,连用3日),不用四氢叶酸解毒,同时口服中药治疗。定期监测血β-HCG直至正常。结果 成功128例占97％,其中有40例 EP包块直径<4.0cm,88例EP直径4.0～7.2cm,平均包块直径5.8cm,4例最大直径7.2cm.血β-HCG>6000IU/L2例,最高3923IU/L.4例失败,均手术。结论 米非司酮、氨甲喋呤结合中药治疗EP疗效显著,副作用小,而且扩展了药物治疗EP的适应症。
Objective To observe the curative effect of oral mifepristone and methotrexate (MTX) combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy (EP).
