利用体外细胞培养技术 ,观察了川芎嗪对血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )致心肌肥大的影响。结果表明 :川芎嗪抑制AngⅡ引起的培养心肌细胞总蛋白含量及直径的增加 ,对AngⅡ引起的心脏成纤维细胞的增殖也有抑制作用 ,其效果与AngⅡ受体 1阻滞剂Losartan相似 ,说明川芎嗪具有抑制心肌肥厚的作用。
Using in vitro cell culture techniques, the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on angiotensin II (AngII)-induced cardiac hypertrophy was observed. The results showed that tetramethylpyrazine inhibited the increase of total protein content and diameter of cultured cardiomyocytes induced by AngII, and also inhibited the proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts induced by AngII. Its effect was similar to that of AngII receptor 1 blocker Losartan, indicating that ligustrazine Has the effect of inhibiting cardiac hypertrophy.
