为贯彻落实全国党校系统科研工作会议精神,在新年前夕,12月19—20日,辽宁省在省委党校召开了全省党校系统科研工作会议,各市级党校常务副校长和主管科研工作的副校长及科研处长出席了会议。中共中央党校副教育长、科研部主任王瑞璞同志应邀出席了会议并作了学术报告,中共辽宁省委党校校长、省委副书记王怀远同志出席会议并作了重要讲话。与会同志通过热烈讨论,对如何认识党校科研工作的地位与作用,如何采取措施把党校的科研工作提高到一个新的水平达成了共识,通过了《关于加强全省党校科研工作的意见》、《辽宁省党校系统科研协作与奖励基金条例(试行)》等文件。
In order to implement the spirit of the national party school system scientific research conference on the eve of the New Year, December 19-20, Liaoning Province held a provincial party school system scientific research conference in the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. The executive vice presidents and scientific research leaders Vice-principals and research director attended the meeting. Comrade Wang Ruupu, deputy chief education officer and director of the Scientific Research Department of the Central Party School of CPC Central Committee, was invited to attend the conference and gave an academic report. Through heated discussions, the participating comrades reached a consensus on how to recognize the status and role of the scientific research work of the Party School and how to take measures to raise the scientific research work of the Party School to a new level, and adopted the Opinions on Strengthening the Scientific Research Work of the Party School in the Province, Liaoning Provincial Party School System Research Collaboration and Award Fund Regulations (Trial) "and other documents.
