从流行病学发病机制和疾病控制的观点来说,钩端螺旋体(以下简称钩体)稳定性和不稳定性抗原变异株的存在,都有其重要的意义。实验室用混有钩体及其同种抗血清注射豚鼠腹腔,其腹水中的钩体消失;若混有异种抗血清,则腹水中的钩体仍存在。Lawrence等证明,单有抗血清并不能杀死或溶解钩体,只有在补体存在的情况下,抗血清才具有杀灭钩体的作用。抗血清加补体杀灭钩体反应具有血清群的特异性。本文报告了从钩体培养物中加同种抗血清和补体
