生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)与中枢神经系统内其它肽类一样具有激素和神经递质的双重作用,广泛存在于中枢神经系统中,参与中枢神经系统疾病的病理生理过程,近年发现.SS与癫痫和其它病因惊厥的发病机制有关。本文试探讨新生儿惊厥与SS的关系,现报道如下。
