目的:对栀子中的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用正、反相硅胶(RP-18型)柱层析;葡聚糖凝胶(Sepha-dex LH-20型)柱层析,结合重结晶方法进行分离纯化,运用1H-NMR、13C-NMR,ESI-MS和EI-MS等现代波谱技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从栀子乙醇提取物中分离纯化了7个化合物,分别鉴定为:geniposide(Ⅰ)、6α-hydroxygeniposide(Ⅱ)、genipin-gentiobioside(Ⅲ)、adian-5-en-3α-ol(Ⅳ)、(23Z)-cycloart-23-en-3β,25-diol(Ⅴ)、7α-hy-droxy sitosterol(Ⅵ)和5,8-epidioxystigmasta-6,22-dien-3-ol(Ⅶ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in gardenia. METHODS: Sephadex LH-20 column and RP-18 column chromatography were used for the separation and purification. The structure and structure were characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C -NMR, ESI-MS and EI-MS and other modern spectroscopic techniques to identify the structure of the compounds. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and purified from the extract of Gardenia jasminoides L., identified as geniposide (Ⅰ), 6α-hydroxygeniposide (Ⅱ), genipin-gentiobioside (23Z) -cycloart-23-en-3β, 25-diol (V), 7α-hy-droxy sitosterol (VI) and 5,8-epidioxystigmasta-6,22-dien-3-ol (VII). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
