阐述了在建立盆架类零件冲模CAD/CAM系统时,将成组技术应用于冲压工艺计算机辅助设计中的重要性与方法。提出了用于描述盆架类零件形状与工艺特征的代码结构,以及在成组技术的基础上应用派生法与创成法,进行相声器盆架冲压工艺与模具设计。
The importance and method of using group technology in computer aided design of stamping process are described in the establishment of CAD / CAM system of stamping parts. The code structure used to describe the shape and process characteristics of the pedestal parts is put forward, and the derivation method and creation method are applied on the basis of the group technique to carry out the stamping process and the mold design of the math frame.
