由深圳团市委、深圳市团校和中央团校青少年研究所主办的首次“全国沿海开放地区青年工作研讨会”,于1990年12月4日至7日在深圳召开。团中央书记处常务书记刘延东委托中央团校副校长曲春郊,宣读她的题为《在沿海开放地区的发展战略中把共青团工作推向新的阶段》的书面报告。延东同志充分肯定了深圳及其他沿海开放地区共青团工作及其理论研究的成绩,对今后沿海开放地区的共青团工作提出了要求。
The first “Seminar on Youth Work in the National Coastal Open Areas”, sponsored by Youth League of Shenzhen City, Shenzhen Municipal Communist Youth League and Central Communist Youth League, was held in Shenzhen from December 4 to December 7, 1990. Qu Yanjiao, deputy secretary of the Central Government School, entrusted Liu Yandong, secretary of the CYL Central Committee Secretariat, to read out her written report titled “Promoting the Work of the Communist Youth League to a New Phase in the Development Strategy of the Coastal Open Areas.” Comrade Yandong fully affirmed the achievements of the CYL work in Shenzhen and other open coastal areas and their theoretical studies, and set forth the requirements for the work of the CYL in the coastal open areas in the future.
