中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》中明确指出:“加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。”在基础教育课程改革中,学校德育工作如何审时度势、与时俱进地开展,抓住有利时机,迎接新的挑战,提高德育工作的针对性和实效性,显得尤为重要和迫切。德育工作以课程改革“为了中华民族的复兴、为了每位学生的发展”的宗旨为导向,正视新课程改革带来的新情况,创新德育机制,探索新课程实验背景下的新型德育模式,把德育工作推上一个新的平台。
