近年来,伴随着改革开放和社会转型过程而日益突显的弱势群体问题已成为我国政府和社会普遍关注的问题。这一群体是改革中的未获利或利益受侵者,是社会中的相对贫困群体,他们的存在是社会不和谐的音符。为此,必要采取切实措施保障他们的利益,如:要大力发展经济,广开就业门路,提供就业援助;建立完善的社会保障体系、社会救助体系;对既得利益集团进行教育引导,加大监督制约力度;对非法获利者,追究其法律责任。
In recent years, the issue of vulnerable groups, which has become increasingly prominent along with the process of reform, opening up and social transformation, has become a widespread concern of our government and society.
