用手把钻机钻进时,倒杆动作是一项较笨重和消耗时间较多的手工操作,在无岩心钻进或其它钻进进尺较快的时侯,这一点就更显得突出。58年以来各队在这方面都下了不少功夫,做了很多式样的倒杆装置,因而积累了很多的经验,但现在看来这些装置还存在一些问题。今年,我队在党委的领导与支持下,对我队和兄弟队的各式不停车倒杆装置做了充分地研究,吸取了优点,经过几次试制、试验、修改,定型了一种比较合乎要求的不停车倒杆装置,这种不停车例杆装置已在我队全部投入生产。同时也解决了过去长期没能解决的主动钻杆折断问题。使用经验证明,这种倒杆装置具有外形简单、操作安全、动作灵活、磨损较少等一系列优点,现介绍如下供大家参考。
