没有十一五规划的强调,没有天津滨海新区的快速发展,也许人们至今还对环渤海的经济第三极抱着将信将疑的态度。而对这一区域内的专业市场格局而言,京津两地我们都在以前做过报道,北京是两大版快,天津一家独大,河北专业市场几乎沦陷,山东这两年的专业市场也是雷声大,雨点小,其他地区也多情况类似。而且,这里和长三角、珠三角不同,新老专业市场的竞争远没有白热化,超大型的龙头专业市场几乎没有。整体看来,就环渤海整个领域来说,专业市场分布零散,市场凝聚力不足,大型专业市场多集中在大型交通枢纽城市,远不能和专业市场成熟的长三角和珠三角地区相比。这多少加大了我们总结起来的难度。
