目的 :探讨喉癌组织白细胞介素 1β转换酶 (ICE)基因蛋白表达与喉癌发生、发展的关系。 方法 :采用免疫组化SP法测定 5例正常人声带组织、30例癌旁鳞状上皮不典型增生组织和 73例喉癌组织标本中ICE基因蛋白表达。结果 :ICE主要表达于正常人喉上皮棘层及角化层细胞胞膜 ,基底层细胞呈阴性或弱阳性表达 ,随着正常喉上皮向不典型增生转变 ,其ICE蛋白表达明显减少。喉癌组织中ICE基因蛋白表达与癌细胞分化程度有关 ,细胞分化程度越好ICE表达越强 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :ICE蛋白分布形式和数量变化与喉不典型增生有关 ,ICE的表达与喉癌的预后有一定的关系 ,可作为喉癌预后的一个监测指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of interleukin-1β converting enzyme (ICE) gene and the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ICE gene in 5 cases of normal human vocal cord tissue, 30 cases of adjacent non-cancerous squamous cell carcinoma and 73 cases of laryngeal carcinoma. Results: ICE was mainly expressed in the membrane of normal human laryngeal epicardial and keratinized cells. The cells in basal layer were negative or weakly positive. ICE protein expression was significantly decreased with the change of normal laryngeal epithelium to dysplasia. The expression of ICE gene in laryngeal carcinoma was related to the degree of cancer cell differentiation. The higher the degree of cell differentiation, the stronger ICE expression (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The distribution and quantity of ICE protein are related to the atypical hyperplasia of larynx. The expression of ICE has some relationship with the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma, which can be used as a monitoring indicator of the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma
