中国是出生缺陷儿高发国家之一,平均每30秒诞生一名缺陷儿,每年有40余万家庭受到影响。全国每年为缺陷婴儿的花费达到数百亿元,间接费用数千亿。在每年3000万左右的新生儿中,有4%至6%的缺陷儿出生。一是遗传因素(占25%),二是外界环境因素,包括物理、化学及生物(各类病毒)因素。大多数出生缺陷是遗传和外界因素相互作用的结果,这两种因素加上其他不明原因造成婴儿出生缺陷的占65%。遗传因素我们暂时无能为力,而环境问题
China is one of the highest birth-defect births in the world, with an average of every birth defect every 30 seconds. Over 400,000 families are affected each year. The annual cost of defective babies in the country reaches tens of billions of dollars, with hundreds of billions of indirect costs. In about 30 million newborns each year, 4% to 6% of defective children were born.
