为了解河南中小工业企业的现状以及所存在的问题,更好地为省委、省政府及各级职能部门决策提供参考,河南省企业调查队从郑州、安阳、濮阳、南阳、三门峡、周口、商丘等七市抽取了311家中小工业企业进行了调查,并对部分企业进行了实地走访,由此形成了关于中小企业基本现状、产品生产与销售、科技创新、融资、人才与素质、经营环境等系列报告。
