Through the analysis of the “discourse of power”, the non-translatability of the language itself and the selectivity of translation, the author thinks that “non-translatability” in the new construction of world literature is of great importance to the promotion of culture The original text of the ontology has a positive effect, while the translation and the original text belong to two related and independent branches to jointly shape and promote the understanding between literature and culture.
