Long-term hypoxia caused by coronary artery contraction can both steroid, but also non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce the speculation that such coronary artery contraction may be related to prostaglandins. Catecholamines and calcium are believed to be involved in the maintenance of coronary vascular resistance. To this end, we examine whether calcium and adrenergic mechanisms contribute to long-term hypoxia-induced coronary artery contractions. Methods: Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 250 to 300 grams. Some rats were injected intraperitoneally with 5 mg / kg reserpine 24 hours prior to sacrifice, resulting in a 98% reduction in myocardial norepinephrine. After the rats were sacrificed by the dehuman method, the heart was rapidly removed, placed in a cold buffer and then centrifuged in the heart
