烟台万华合成革集团有限公司聚氨酯合成革生产装置是70年代末全套从日本引进的,年可生产300万平方米合成革,固定资产原值约1.3亿元.该设备自动化、连续化水平较高,是国内唯一的一套聚氨酯合成革生产装置.投产10余年来,效益逐年提高,产品质量明显改进,品种规格有所扩大.实践证明,企业经济效益的好坏,设备是关键.为了保证设备完好,确保生产正常运行,降低维修费用,我公司聚氨酯合成革厂在各车间实行了“全员全额经济承包责任制”,即全员参加管理,经济指标全部分解给各车间,分厂根据各车间每月的产品产量、质量、原材物料的消耗进行奖金、工资分配,奖金实行上不封顶、下不保底.“两全责任制”有效地促进了全厂的设备管理,充分调动和发挥了设备管理人员、维修人员以及工艺操作人员的积极性,共同参与设备管理,确保设备完好和有效利用,使生产得以优质低耗地顺利进行.
Yantai Wanhua Synthetic Leather Group Co., Ltd. PU synthetic leather production equipment was introduced from Japan at the end of the 1970s. It can produce 3 million square meters of synthetic leather annually, and the original value of fixed assets is about 130 million yuan. This equipment is more automated and continuous. Gao is the only set of polyurethane synthetic leather production equipment in China. It has been put into production for more than 10 years. The benefits have been increasing year by year. The quality of the products has been significantly improved and the specifications of the products have been expanded. Practice has proved that the economic benefits of the enterprise are good and the equipment is the key. The equipment is in good condition to ensure normal operation and reduce maintenance costs. Our polyurethane synthetic leather factory implements the “full-cost full contracting responsibility system” in all workshops, that is, all employees participate in management, and all economic indicators are decomposed to the workshops. According to the monthly production output, quality, raw material consumption of all workshops, bonuses and wages are distributed. The bonus implementation is not capped and the bottom is not guaranteed. The “full responsibility system” effectively promotes the whole plant equipment management and fully mobilizes. The enthusiasm of equipment management personnel, maintenance personnel, and process operators has been brought into play to jointly participate in the management of equipment to ensure the equipment is in good condition and effective use. Production goes smoothly with high quality and low cost.
