Lhasa is located on the Tibetan Plateau. Children and adolescents have little information on adolescent development. We report the first-time spermatorrhea of boys and girls of Tibetan and Han nationality in Lhasa Middle School and Lhasa II from September to November 1983 as follows: Subjects and Methods Subjects: Tibetans and Han nationality boys and girls aged 10-20 in Zhasa Middle School and Lhasa City were selected as survey subjects (10-year-old primary and junior high school students), Han boys and girls living on the plateau
