公路工程具有造价高、工程量大,作业线长而广,施工环境复杂等特点,在公路工程施工过程中如果对于施工要点卡控不到位就可能引发严重的质量、安全等事故。以内蒙古自治区省道304线乌灯三标公路施工为依托,阐述了高寒地区公路工程面层的施工要点,分析了各施工要点中存在的主要问题,并提出了合理的解决和控制措施,对于保证公路工程的施工质量、安全等方面具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
