本刊讯国务院减轻企业负担部际联席会议召集人、工信部部长苗圩近日表示,2016年将完善和实施好清单制度,促进涉企行政事项的公开透明,尽快建设全国涉企收费清单查询平台,使清单制度在更大范围发挥作用。苗圩在近日召开的国务院减轻企业负担部际联席会议上说,2015年,我国涉企收费清单制度不断完善,形成了包括涉企行政事业性收费、政府性基金、政府定价经营服务收费和行政审批前置服务收费等较为完整的收费清单体系。普遍性降费力度加大,中央和各省(区、市)取消、停征、降标的收费基金每年为企业减轻负担1000亿元以上。违规收费行为得到遏制,并建立了面向全国4000多家企业的负担调查体系。
