新课程改革中教师缺少相应的实践性知识是生成性教学难以实施的关键性原因。本文分析生成性教学对教师实践性知识的要求,提出提升教师实践性知识的建议。
The lack of corresponding practical knowledge of teachers in the new curriculum reform is the key reason why it is hard to implement generative teaching. This article analyzes the requirements of generative teaching for teachers ’practical knowledge and puts forward suggestions on how to improve teachers’ practical knowledge.
