在中国美学思想体系中,代表儒家精神的阳刚之美相对应、互补的是道家崇尚的阴柔之美,即所谓的“无为白化,清静自正”。道家“无为而治”的处世哲学与治国之道的终极目标,是建立一个平顺祥和、理想化的永恒人生。而儒家的“礼”制、“仁”学则是围绕现实社会的人际关系,构建一个和睦相亲、秩序井然的理想化社会。值得指出的是,幻想成仙以出世为追求,以长生不老来实现更永恒地享受人生的道家,在一条长长的抛物线运动的终点
