通过三爱教育的学习,作为一名少先队辅导员,我常常想:在教学实践中,如何将学生由被动地位转化为主动地位,使其真正成为学习的主人呢?我认为师爱是关键。一、师爱能激发学生兴趣,培养参与热情学习兴趣是学生在心里上对学习活动产生爱好、追求和向往的倾向,是推动学生主动学习的直接动力。兴趣是学生的先导,有兴趣才会入迷,入迷才能钻进去,学习才会卓有成效。
Through the study of Three Love Education, as a Young Pioneer counselor, I often think: In teaching practice, how to transform a student from a passive position into a positive position to make it a real master of learning? I think that teacher-love is the key. First, the teacher’s love can stimulate students ’interest and cultivate enthusiasm to learn is the tendency of students to have hobbies, pursuit and longing for learning activities in their hearts. It is a direct motivation to promote students’ active learning. Interest is the student’s guide, interested will be fascinated, fascinated to get into, learning will be fruitful.
