目的探讨神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法 76例患有缺氧缺血性脑病新生患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用高压氧、营养脑细胞等对症常规治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予患者神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触治疗方法 ,并分别在7、14 d时进行新生儿神经测定评分,并于第14天评价两组患儿的总体疗效。结果在两组患儿的神经测定评分中,观察组的评分明显大于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总有效率94.7%显著高于对照组73.7%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有良好的疗效,对促进新生儿受损神经的恢复,减少神经功能性障碍,降低新生儿的伤残率具有积极的作用,值得在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ganglioside sodium combined with neonatal touch on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Totally 76 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen and nutrition brain cells for symptomatic treatment. The observation group was given ganglioside sodium combined with neonatal touch therapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment. The neonatal nerve Scores were determined and the overall effect was evaluated on day 14 in both groups. Results The neurological score of the two groups was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.7%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.7%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The early application of ganglioside sodium combined with neonatal touch in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy has a good effect on the promotion of damaged neonatal nerve recovery, reduce neurological dysfunction and reduce neonatal disability Has a positive effect, it is worth in the clinical application.
