司法的基石是维护社会公平正义,民事诉讼在司法中是最经常、内容最多的,直接关系到人民群众最直接、最现实、最密切的利益所在,也是我们依法治国、依法治省的最基本的体现。9月26日上午,省十二届人大常委会第四次会议分组审议《省高级人民法院关于贯彻实施〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉情况的报告》和《省人民检察院关于贯彻执行〈湖南省人民代表大会常委会关于加强人民检察院对诉讼活动法律监督工作的决议〉情况的报告》。委员们对两院的工作报告进行了认真审议,在肯定工作的同时就如何进一步完善机制,保障司法公正提出了建议。
