介绍了在复杂环境中采用控制爆破技术拆除某热电公司2栋双曲线形凉水塔的工程实例。论述了工程方案爆破参数设计及安全措施。针对凉水塔结构特点,给出了预处理方案,通过预切除缺口改变受力状态,达到定向爆破的目的。且针对爆破危害给出了解决措施,对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the application of controlled blasting technology to demolish two hyperbolic cooling towers of a thermoelectric company in a complex environment. The blasting parameter design and safety measures of the project scheme are discussed. Aiming at the structural characteristics of the cooling tower, the pretreatment scheme was given. The purpose of the directional blasting was achieved by changing the stress state by pre-cutting the notch. In addition, the measures for blasting hazards are given and they have certain reference significance for similar projects.
