介绍近年来国内外对采煤机状态进行监测的新理论和新技术,分析多传感信息及信息融合技术在状态监测上的有效性、可靠性,重点分析多传感器配置及信息处理方法、无线传感器及其网络构建技术、多元信息融合等关键技术,给出了今后发展和应用的一些思路和建议。最后,简单介绍了无线数据采集传输模块及其在工业上的应用。
This paper introduces the new theory and new technology of monitoring the state of shearer at home and abroad in recent years, analyzes the validity and reliability of multisensor information and information fusion technology in condition monitoring, and focuses on the analysis of multisensor configuration and information processing method, wireless Sensor and its network construction technology, multiple information fusion and other key technologies, gives some ideas and suggestions for future development and application. Finally, a brief introduction of wireless data acquisition and transmission module and its industrial applications.
