本文用复数矢量法及数值方法,通过电算得到了振动机构上结晶器铜壁上任意一点振动轨迹误差及振幅的精确解。从而为四连杆振动机构的设计提供了一种数学模型,同时也为深入研究结晶器的运动规律对浇铸工艺的影响提供了依据。
In this paper, by means of complex vector method and numerical method, the exact solution to the error and amplitude of the vibration locus at any point on the copper wall of the mold of the vibrating mechanism is obtained by computerized calculation. This provides a mathematical model for the design of four-link vibration mechanism and provides a basis for further study on the influence of mold motion on the casting process.
