本文针对NGW型行星减速器派生系列设计中若干参数进行了优选的探讨,其中包括按提高齿面接触强度选择外啮合的变位参数α_Ⅰ′;按等滑动率分配外啮合变位系数x_Ⅰ∑;按内啮合节点位于双齿啮合区确定内啮合传动的变位参数α_Ⅱ′;按接触和弯曲等强度原则对内、外啮合的组合寻求最佳m/a比值(0.028~0.045),依此经过分析研究,建立数学模型,经“电算”证实:得到不仅外啮合接触强度高,而且内啮合的重合度也高。最后将其拟合成数学表达式,以供设计者参考使用。
