急诊医学的现状与发展在国内急诊界已是个长期争议的话题 ,本刊连续刊载了美国急诊医生 Robbie Ali的调查报告《世纪之交的中国急诊》一文 ,引起国内同行很大的兴趣 ,也有不少意见反馈 ,都反映了对我国急诊医学发展的关心和使命感。如作者本人也不讳忌地提到较全面评论中国急诊的状况 ,这里难免存在掌握资料和认识的局限性 ,故继续刊载国内部分急诊专家的意见 ,以飨读者。
The status quo and development of emergency medicine in the domestic emergency department has long been a topic of controversy. The publication of a consecutive issue of the U.S. emergency doctor Robbie Ali’s investigation report, “A Turnover of the Chinese at the Turn of the Century,” has aroused great interest among domestic counterparts. Fewer opinions and feedbacks all reflect the concern and sense of mission for the development of emergency medicine in our country. As the author himself does not tabooly mention a more comprehensive review of the state of emergency in China. There is an inevitable grasp of the limitations of data and understanding. Therefore, some of the emergency department experts in China continue to publish their opinions in order to readers.
